An exploration of the ‘Behavioural Styles’ model will enable you to identify your own preferred style and appreciate the characteristics of the others ‘styles’. Especially your opposite style and how to effectively deal with them.

You will be offered a range of ways to build greater ‘rapport’ into your communication with others through your words, tone of voice and body language.

Finally, you'll  be taken through a number of simple and practical strategies of assertive communication such as:

  • how to effectively give instructions
  • using ‘power words’
  • the ‘I language’ template
  • the ‘broken record’ technique.
