Invitation to Tender: International Exhibition Support

We are seeking a full-service exhibition contractor to manage and deliver UK Seafood Pavilions at key international seafood trade shows in 2025.



This includes the management of the Japan International Seafood & Technology Expo and the China Fisheries & Seafood Expo. The contractor will oversee all aspects of delivery - from stand design and production through to on-site logistics and project management. Each pavilion must feature a communal lounge, live demonstration kitchen, and exhibitor areas to effectively showcase UK seafood to global buyers.

This initiative supports Seafish’s strategic aim to promote UK seafood internationally and strengthen export opportunities for UK businesses. 

The contract will run from June 2025 to March 2026, with the option to extend for a further two years. The maximum contract value is £240,000. Tenders must be submitted by 23:59 on Sunday 25 May 2025.
