Summary

This is Seafish's response to the Food Standards Agency's consultation on its guidance on the application of date marks to food. Seafish comments included that when a food is past its ‘best before date’, account should be taken of whether it is of the quality expected, and also that it becomes the seller's responsibility at this point.
