Seafood and the Consumer

Seafish hosted an industry focused event at Pittodrie Stadium in Aberdeen on 4 June 2013, looking at the consumer and their relationship with seafood

The event was aimed at members of the processing, retail, foodservice and educational catering sectors and other interested parties wishing to increase their knowledge of current and future consumer trends in the world of seafood.
