Serves as a reference guide explaining the rights of migrant workers from the vantage point of the migrant worker to policymakers and practitioners. Different countries experience different labour market needs and it is one of the tasks of social dialogue in Asian and Pacific societies to find the optimal blend between the national and migrant workforce.
