We are aware of the concerns and advice around coronavirus (COVID-19) and the fact that some organisations are implementing restrictions around non-essential travel for their employees. We are also aware that some individuals with existing health conditions might have preferences around travel and using public transport for long journeys.
In light of this we are currently reviewing all of our upcoming events and meetings and whether to go ahead as planned, postpone or cancel. We are also exploring options to provide remote access for attendees where possible should we decide to proceed with events. We will be making decisions over the coming days and weeks.
This is a fast moving situation and we are monitoring government advice, but we appreciate the difficulties caused by uncertainty. We recommend that you consider postponing booking travel and accommodation for events whilst they are under review.
