The development of the RFPS Standard and Code of Practice were delegated by the RFPS OB to an RFPS Technical Committee (TC) made up of sector-specific experts.
The primary role of the TC was to design and develop a set of performance criteria which each potential applicant for certification to the Standard would have to attain. An additional role of the TC is to ensure that the technical compliance indicators and guidance produced for the RFPS certification scheme meet the strategic objectives of the Scheme and comply with ISO 17065 accreditation requirements.
