We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated administration professional with excellent communication skills to join us as a Training Administrator.

The role

Job title: Training Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Contract: Fixed term contract until March 2022
Location: Grimsby, Edinburgh or home-based (All Seafish staff are currently working from home)

We have a new opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated administration professional with excellent communication skills to join us as Training Administrator. Reporting to our Head of Safety, Training & Services, you will work as part of our team providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Safety, Training & Services function.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong and demonstrable office administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/handling
  • A detail-oriented, well-organised and flexible approach to work
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

This fixed term role (until March 2022) is full time and can be based remotely, or in either of our Grimsby or Edinburgh offices.
