An independent review, completed in 2006, reconfirmed the Seafish mandate to use levy to support the whole industry and ushered in a new way of working, based on extensive consultation and increased transparency. This means that all parts of our industry, whether levy payers or not, have a real say in how Seafish serves the industry and what projects we undertake. The proposals for our three-year plan, outlined in this document, form part of this consultative approach. The deadline for comments is 14 May 2007.
