Training
Training is the bedrock of any successful business. We have devised a suite of training materials relevant to processors.
Well-trained, competent staff are more efficient, motivated and
productive. Seafish's role in supporting training for the
processing sector includes learning programme development, advice
and guidance on training, working with approved training providers,
making good use of fish and shellfish occupational standards and
actively supporting the take-up of training and
qualifications.
