This annually produced chart provides an excellent summary of the UK seafood supply chain from landings and imports through to retail and foodservice. In 2010 UK consumers purchased seafood worth £5.65 billion. The in home retail sector was worth £2.85 billion while the commercial foodservice sector was worth £2.8 billion.
