Hugh's Fish Fight
The fishing industry was under the spotlight in February 2013 when Channel 4 delivered a short season of fishery-specific programmes featuring TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
This short series highlighted some of the issues facing the fishing industry and inevitably raised some questions. We hope the information below will help to answer some of those questions and will highlight that sustainable, responsibly-sourced seafood lies at the heart of the 21st-century seafood industry, and that sustainable fishing methods and responsible sourcing techniques are widely used.
