MRL for isoeugenol in finfish

A maximum residue limit (MRL) of 6000 µg/kg will apply for the presence of the pharmacological active substance isoeugenol in finfish. The MRL applies to natural proportions of muscle and skin, according to a Regulation published yesterday, and the MRL comes into force on 14 July 2011. The MRL is set in Commission Regulation (EU) No 363/2011 of 13 April 2011, which amends the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 37/2010 on pharmologically active substances.
