Illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing - new note on transshipment

The European Commission has issued a new note on the procedure to be followed in a third country port of transshipment. In the note, third countries are invited to refrain from requiring a validated IUU catch certificate at the time of transshipment in a third country.
