GSP: Cape Verde to lose LDC status

Cape Verdes's Least Developed Country (LDC) status for GSP purposes will be withdrawn at the end of 2011. This means that products originating in Cape Verde will be eligible only for standard GSP rates of duty with effect from midnight on 31 December 2011.
