FSA publishes Forward Evidence Plan

The Food Standards Agency has published its Forward Evidence Plan for 2011. The plan outlines priority science and evidence activities for the coming year. Seafod-relevant topics mentioned in the plan are norovirus, shellfish toxins, E. coli in shellfish, nematodes in farmed fish, histamine in Scottish fish, allergen labelling, enforcement, imports and training.
