Food safety requirements in the Customs Union

The Technical Regulation on food safety in the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus is now available in English. The new regulation, Decision No 880 of 9 December 2011 of the Customs Union Commission: Technical Regulation on Food Safety, applies from 1 July 2013 and includes general food hygiene requirements and microbiological criteria.
