Changes to BIP list

The European Commission has published Decision 2011/93/EU updating the EU list of Border Inspection Points (BIPs). There are some changes to the BIPs in the UK. Belfast International Airport is no longer authorised to handle products for human consumption, and the BIP at Manston Airport has been stood down. East Midlands Airport is authorised to handle packed products only.
