What we do in training

We promote training to fish friers and seafood chefs in four ways:

•    We develop and maintain training courses and learning materials.
•    We work with a network of Approved Training Providers who deliver our courses throughout the UK.
•    We established the Seafood Training Academy as a partnership of seafood schools in the UK.
•    We work closely with the National Federation of Fish Friers training school in Leeds.

We have a suite of training options for those working in fish frying and catering. These range from training DVDs to courses leading to nationally recognised qualifications, so it is highly likely we have the right training for you and your staff.

We have established the Seafood Training Academy with other partners in the seafood industry to bring additional opportunities in seafood learning and training.
