Fish Frying Skills Qualification
In conjunction with the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF), Seafish has developed a Fish Frying Skills qualification.
It is a unique qualification that covers all the skills required to prepare and cook delicious fish and chips.
The qualification will help those who want to become fish friers, those starting up a new business and experienced staff seeking formal recognition for their skills. When a candidate achieves the required standard following an on-site assessment, they receive a Fish Frying Skills certificate, which is jointly endorsed by Seafish and the National Federation of Fish Friers.
