Customer Service Skills Qualification
Like the Fish Frying Skills qualification, our Customer Service qualification has been developed in collaboration with the NFFF.
This qualification covers the skills needed to serve fish and chips.
Candidates must already be working in a fish and chip shop or restaurant. The qualification will help those wanting to become counter assistants, waiters or waitresses, those starting up a new business and experienced staff wanting formal recognition for their skills/knowledge.
As with the Fish Frying Skills qualification, when a candidate achieves the required standard following an on-site assessment, they receive a Customer Service Skills certificate, which is jointly endorsed by Seafish and the National Federation of Fish Friers.
