Seafish e-Learning

Food Safety and Seafood Smoking are two e-Learning packages available online from Seafish.

Whether you need a formal qualification in food safety, or simply want to improve your understanding of how to smoke fish, Seafood e-Learning is for you.

Level Two

The Food Safety e-Learning programme is an online version of our hugely successful hygiene open learning programme.  And it can lead to a qualification from the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health (Level 2 Food Safety) or the Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland (Elementary Food Hygiene) by way of a written test.

Logging on is simple and free, learning costs nothing apart from your time and effort.  There's even a simple end of course test.  Should you wish to sit the CIEH or REHIS exams then we have a UK wide network of exam invigilators available.  Fees do apply to the examination process. Level Three

Seafish also have available REHIS's Intermediate (Level 3) Food Hygiene e-Learning programme.  Available on CD and supported by our network of exam invigilators, this programme meets most of the food safety needs for food business managers. For further information, click here.

Seafood Smoking is a brand new Level 3 eLearning training package from Seafish.  Logging on is simple and free, learning costs nothing apart from your time and effort.  Completing the course successful is an essential pre-requisite to attending Seafish/Seafood Training Academy practical courses in seafood smoking.
