New certificate for importing directly from a freezer vessel

There is a new health certificate to accompany consignments of fishery products imported into the EU directly from a freezer vessel. From 1 April 2012, the health certificate set out in the Annex of the recently published Regulation 809/2011 and signed by the captain will have to be used.
