IUU legislation update

The European Commission's Regulations on illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing have been updated by Commission Regulation (EU) No 202/2011. The amendments contain a refinement of the list of products that are exempt from the IUU requirements and updates relating to recognised catch documentation schemes adopted by regional fisheries management organisations.
