Implementation of the Fisheries Control Regulation

The European Commission has published Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011, which lays down the details rules for establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, in particular the Fisheries Control Regulation, Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009.
