Comments invited on MMO enforcement strategy

The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is asking for comments on its new draft Compliance and Enforcement Strategy, which sets out the general regulatory principles the MMO will follow. The document also summarises how investigations are carried out and the circumstances and processes for criminal prosecutions.
