Prawns
The world's oceans support hundreds of different species of prawn (also known as shrimp), both cold and warm water varieties.
Cold water prawns tend to be smaller than warm water prawn with the biggest and juciest being the jumbo king prawn. Prawns make an excellent meat replacement in many dishes and are very versatile and quick and easy to cook.
