Seafood pizza

seafood pizza

Once you start making you own pizza at home, you can experiment to you heart content with toppings.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

150g large peeled prawns, fresh or defrosted
170g haddock or cod fillet, fresh or defrosted, skinned and cubed
2 tbsp tomato pizza topping
black pepper
1 x 18cm prepared pizza base
red pepper, deseeded and sliced
2 tbsp sweetcorn
55g (2oz) mozzarella cheese
rocket, to garnish

Method:

Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F, Gas Mark 7

Spread the tomato topping over the pizza base.

Add the pepper, sweetcorn and  top with the prawns and the cubes of fish.

Sprinkle over the cheese.

Place the pizza onto a baking tray, and cook for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with a sprinkling of rocket.
