Fish provencale

This is an ideal mid-week family meal. Ready in minutes. Could also be served with fresh pasta.
Ingredients:
3 x 170g (6oz) cod, haddock or pollack fillets, fresh or
defrosted, skinned and cubed
1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) sunflower oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 x 425g jar chunky tomato pasta sauce
salt and black pepper
3 x 15ml spoon (3 tablespoons) black olives
Method:
Microwave Power: 800 Watt
Place the oil, onion and garlic in a suitable bowl, cover and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
Add the sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 minute, add the fish and seasoning. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Lightly stir and add the olives. Cover and cook on HIGH for a further minute.
Serve with toasted ciabatta.
