The following application forms may be downloaded and printed for submission by post. Alternatively, you can contact our administrator if you would like an application form posting out to you.
Application for survey and certification
This application form is to be used for any new vessel up to 24m registered length where certification is required to the Seafish Construction Standards. This certification is required for UK fishing vessels. Once we receive your application, we will issue a letter of offer showing the cost of the certification process.
Application for registration inspection
This application form is to be used for existing vessels less than 24m registered length that are new to fishing vessel register and that need a registration survey. It should only be submitted if either the RSS or the MCA have told you to have a Registration Inspection performed by Seafish. Once we receive your application, we will let you know what the cost of the inspection will be.
This application form should be used for small commercial vessel coding. Once we receive your application, we will issue a letter of offer showing the cost of the certification process.
Application for Consultancy Service
This application form should be used for consultancy services not covered by the above applications, including condition surveys of fishing vessels, measurement of fish holds, and the survey of fishing vessel modifications, among others. Once we receive your application, we will issue a letter of offer showing the cost of the service.
