What we do
We work across all sectors of the seafood industry. We help the aquaculture sector by providing a range of information covering specific subjects from training to legal advice, to help culturists make more effective decisions.
We assist the aquaculture industry by providing market information, and support other organisations and collaborative groups who wish to improve the efficiency of the sector. We have a small team of experts on hand to answer specific enquiries. Full contact details are given at the end of this section.
We also run the Aquaculture Common Issues Group and produce a wide range of publications, information and fact sheets.
The Scottish Aquaculture Research Forum (SARF) supports applied research and development (R&D), together with education and dissemination of project results, to encourage the sustainable development of aquaculture in Scotland. Funding through SARF.
