Common Language Group Brexit Special

Special event on the implications of Brexit for the seafood industry - Friday 7 October - London

Seafish is looking for speakers and contributors for its Common Language Group (CLG) 'Special' on the implications of Brexit for the seafood industry.

The event will take place on the 7th October in London and is an opportunity for seafood industry stakeholders to hear and discuss a broad range of views on the potential issues and opportunities leaving the EU could have for the sector.

We want to make this CLG Brexit Special as productive as possible for all attendees and have speakers from across the seafood supply chain contributing on key areas such as trade, regulation, public funding and access to labour. Full speaker details will be announced shortly.

The CLG Brexit Special is being held at Friends House, 173 -177 Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ and will run from 10.30am to 3.30pm. This meeting is open to all but you will have to register with the CLG. As space is limited, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you would like to be added to the CLG mailing list and attend this meeting, again email: Karen Green.

This meeting is being organised at the request of the Seafish CLG. The aim of the CLG is to use factual information to reach a minimum baseline understanding of the principles underpinning a responsible seafood supply chain. This helps to ensure all the stakeholders have a broad knowledge of the issues.
